The materials are quiet — oiled oak, travertine, brushed brass. Designed by Studio Asad in 2020, the residence sits across the top two floors of Burj Vista 2. A dedicated lift opens directly into the foyer. The lower floor holds the public rooms — living, dining, kitchen, library — and a guest suite. Upstairs, the principal bedroom opens onto its own terrace; two children's rooms share a play wing with their own bathroom. Service is fully separated.
